- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
- The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

- To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable) to help us process your request.
- Once we confirm that the item is eligible for return, we will guide you on how to return the product.
3. Exchange Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for any product. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will provide an exchange with a replacement item of the same or equivalent value.
- If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue you an exchange for another product or provide you with a store credit for future purchases.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that are worn, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Products without proof of purchase or outside of the 7-day return window will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
